Pets Facts is a small independent publisher, and messages sent here go straight to the people who write and edit the guides on this site. Corrections, questions, topic suggestions and business enquiries are all welcome.
Email Us
The best way to reach us is by email: connect@starsfunfacts.com
We do not run a phone line or take enquiries by post. Email keeps a written record of what was asked and what we changed, which matters when someone reports an error.
What to Email Us About
- Corrections: if a fact, figure or recommendation looks wrong or out of date, tell us which page it is on and what the problem is. These come first.
- Questions about a guide: if something we published was unclear, we would rather explain it than leave you guessing.
- Topic suggestions: tell us what you were searching for and could not find a straight answer to.
- Editorial and republishing: permission to quote our work, or questions about how we sourced something.
- Partnerships and advertising: please read our Editorial Policy first, as it sets out what we will and will not accept.
- Privacy and your data: access, correction or deletion requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.
When to Expect a Reply
We read everything that arrives and aim to reply within three to five working days. Reported errors are looked at sooner. If a question needs proper research before we can answer it, we will say so rather than send back a quick guess.
What We Cannot Help With
We cannot give advice about your individual pet. We are not a veterinary practice, and nobody here can diagnose a condition, suggest a dose or judge whether a symptom is serious without examining the animal. Everything we publish is general educational information.
If your pet is unwell or injured, or has eaten something it should not have, contact your own vet or your nearest emergency veterinary service straight away. Please do not wait for an email reply.
How We Handle What You Send
Your email address and the contents of your message are used only to answer you. Enquiries are not added to a mailing list and are not passed to third parties. Please avoid sending confidential information by email.
